![]() ![]() ![]() Command VGEN unable to be executed with the move option and this set of entities." "Keypoint (#) is attached to line (#), which is attached to an entity that cannot be moved. However, when I try to move the volume into its proper position I get the following error: ![]() ![]() I have tried to create a volume by selecting areas, and this works well. The result I get is an unassembled stack of parts, and the solid parts seem to be saved as areas not volumes (I can replot keypoints, lines, and areas, but no volumes). When I imported the assembly into ANSYS I used all the default settings (no defeaturing, merge coincident keypts, create solid if applicable, delete small areas). I would like to analyze the whole assembly in ANSYS but am having problems transferring the file. I am attempting a dynamic analysis on a small rope bridge I modeled in Solidworks. ![]()
